Reservations
Please call (408) 448-0573 to schedule your appointment. A credit card or gift certificate will be required to hold your reservation. We accept SpaFinder Gift Certificate. 15% gratuities would be added for a party of 4 or more.

Cancellations
La Choza requires at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Regardless of the reason, appointments not cancelled or rescheduled
at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full cost of the reserved services. If a gift certificate was used to hold the appointment it will be voided.

Appointments
Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time
to complete service questionnaires and for you to prepare for your appointment.
If you are late for your appointment the service time may be shortened.
Please turn cellular phones and pagers off.
Please let us know if you have special needs or disabilities.
Please leave all valuables at home.
Please no children under 12 unless they are receiving a treatment.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. They can be exchanged for services and retail items. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Please note: gift certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
