Reservations

A major credit card is required to hold reservations.

Cancellations

La Choza will confirm your reservation 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please notify La Choza at least 24 hours in advance should you decide to cancel your appointment. Otherwise La Choza will bill you the full amount for the reserved appointments.

Appointments

• Please arrive 15 minutes early.
• Please turn cellular phones and pagers off.
• Please let us know if you have special needs or disabilities.
• Please leave all valuables at home.
• Please no children under 12 unless they are receiving a treatment.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. They can be exchanged for services and retail items. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
